2. DAZZL'S USE OF YOUR DATA

Dazzl may collect, store, and use your personal and professional data for:

• Account verification and KYC
• Service delivery and booking management
• Payment processing
• Performance monitoring and quality control
• Marketing and promotional purposes (with consent)
• Compliance with legal obligations

3. LOCATION DATA COLLECTION & BACKGROUND LOCATION ACCESS

The Dazzl: Partner mobile application collects your location data, including in the background when the app is closed or not in use. This data is used for the following purposes:

• Live journey tracking: To enable customers to see your real-time location when you are en route to a booking, improving transparency and customer experience
• Booking assignment: To automatically assign bookings based on your proximity to customers, ensuring faster service delivery
• Service verification: To verify arrival at customer locations and track service completion

Your location data is shared with customers only during active bookings. Background location access is required for the Dazzl: Partner app to function correctly and is a mandatory condition for using the Platform as a service professional.

You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings; however, doing so will prevent you from receiving and fulfilling bookings through the Platform.
